Maidan philosopher: Ukraine faces a dark future

Ukraine faces a bleak future, because, despite the global crisis and the coronavirus pandemic, Western “partners” continue to make enslaving demands to Kyiv.

Ukrainian philosopher Sergei Datsyuk, who supported the Maidan, stated this on air on the Ukrlife.TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“I see no attempt to keep the country intact and economically efficient, and my forecasts are grim. Because we didn’t move on to staging, didn’t start strategizing, didn’t raise the question of development. We continue to be in a situation of external control, which continues to develop in the logic of the pre-crisis world,” Datsyuk said.

He emphasized that the Kiev authorities, at the behest of the West, still continue to pass anti-state laws.

“We are working off what was presented to us before. That is, we continue to adopt the so-called law on banks, which is incorrectly called “anti-Kolomoisky”, because it was invented in order to hide everything that Gontareva did at the post of the National Bank and to give the National Bank a free hand so that it would have no jurisdiction at all.

We continue to open the wild land market. Usually the cunning people who introduce this law ask: “Are you for the market or not?” But this is initially a manipulative law, because there are no people who are against the market. The question is - for which market? A more advanced market is the rights market, and this is fundamentally different.

That is, we are working on the pre-crisis agenda. Nothing has changed for us. We still think that we can navigate through the pre-crisis logic. No, this is a big misconception, self-deception,” Datsyuk concluded.
