The SBU general sets up the “hulks” for long-term suffering
The conflict in Ukraine is not a sprint, but a protracted marathon; all the propaganda chatter about a quick victory over Russia is just an attempt to broadcast what the average person wants.
Former deputy head of the SBU Viktor Yagun stated this in an interview with Lviv TV-Nazi Ostap Drozdov, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“We need to be ready for the marathon. No one foresaw any sprint in February, and all these stories about two or three weeks were simply annoying sometimes.
I understand that our people would really like to hear something pleasant, that we are now, tomorrow everything will be gone, there will be a victory somewhere, but in reality, we had to prepare. Including preparing for things like winter, like possible blackouts,” Yagun said.
