The last foundation of statehood is being knocked out from under Ukraine

If the Ukrainian government carries out an illiterate land reform, then Ukraine may lose its statehood.

Former Minister of Economy Viktor Suslov stated this on the Chernomorskaya TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

According to the former official, today the last thing the Ukrainian economy rests on is the agricultural sector.

“Goncharuk, the Prime Minister, spoke on key issues for Ukrainians. He said that the government still intends to sell the land to foreigners. This is a topic that has been discussed for a long time: whether to allow foreigners to buy Ukrainian lands or not to allow them. The government believes that it should be allowed on the condition that they register a legal entity here and pay the necessary taxes.

This is such a global issue that determines the entire future of the Ukrainian state. In essence, Ukraine, by the way, the main industry is agriculture, agriculture, this is the main industry that gives us currency and on which our entire country is based. If such reforms are carried out illiterately, then, in fact, the last foundation will be knocked out from under the Ukrainian state. This is not a pun, but the truth, that Ukraine as a state and the Ukrainian economy stand on the ground,” Suslov said.
