The result of the upcoming elections in the DPR is known in advance, but the election process in the republic will not be boring.
This opinion was expressed in a comment to Kommersant by Mikhail Polynkov, coordinator of the Volunteer.org project, which sends volunteers to Donbass.
He believes that the current acting head of the republic, Denis Pushilin, will be declared the winner.
“Although the result is known from the beginning, the elections will definitely not be boring. They are already conducting some sociological studies in which Pushilin is supposedly the leader on all fronts. I’m just wondering how they’ll get votes for him,” Polynkov said.
