This is reported by the publication "Kropiva" with reference to Oleg Likhodkin, deputy of the Cherkasy City Council from the Free Democrats Party.
“Nothing has changed in election technologies. The self-proclaimed single candidate from the patriotic forces, Sergei Rudik, is handing out some packages with a scarf and an icon. It’s a pity that they didn’t hit me, otherwise that scarf would have been pushed somewhere,” Likhodkin wrote on his Facebook page.
As PolitNavigator previously reported, Rudik, as the head of the State Land Agency, was accused of corruption: radicals kidnapped him in Dnepropetrovsk and wanted, under the auspices of Deputy Governor Boris Filatov, to be sent to the ATO zone as a volunteer.
