"Good afternoon! A terrible event happened, although somewhat later than we expected. Last week, the OSCE SMM noted an increase in the number of ceasefire violations by 63%. In general, the mission recorded about 6 such violations,” said the OSCE representative.

“The mission noted a fourfold increase in the use of weapons that should have been withdrawn. Of these, 86 were cases of using multiple launch rocket systems. In addition, we recorded a greater number of cases of equipment placement in violation of the agreed lead lines. In total, over the past week, the OSCE recorded 84 pieces of equipment placed with violations,” Hug reported.
