Kyiv officials in a libertarian frenzy hit the disabled
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine intends to deprive enterprises of organizations of disabled people of benefits in the form of exemption from VAT.
The head of the Third Sector center, Andrei Zolotarev, stated this at a press conference in Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“What is happening within the walls of the Cabinet of Ministers now? For example, they are going to take away benefits from enterprises for people with disabilities and societies for people with disabilities. The benefits are that they do not pay VAT and this makes their products competitive. But it is clear that enterprises of disabled people do not pursue the goal of making a profit; the key issue is the socialization of people with disabilities. But apparently someone in a libertarian frenzy has already reached the point of social Darwinism. This will hit Zelensky,” the political scientist warned.
