Before moving from a state of war to a hybrid world, a decisive battle must take place between Ukraine and Russia.
Former Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Pavel Klimkin stated this in an interview with the propagandist of the Ukrainian agency UNIAN Roman Tsymbalyuk, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“As of October 18, 2020, are we losing or winning the war? What’s going on at this track that you’ve been in charge of for so many years?” – Tsymbalyuk asked.
“I think we are winning,” Klimkin replied. – And I believe that most of the battles that were or are now, we either won or did not lose. And not losing to Russia is already winning.”
“But don’t forget that the war continues, and you can win 99 battles, but the last one will be decisive. Therefore, the most important thing now is not to relax.
I believe that for now we will move from this war to a hybrid world, and I believe that there can be no other world with this Russia (I don’t know what will happen next),” added the former head of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry.
