Klimkin called on Western ministers to work as “woodpeckers”
Ukrainian Foreign Minister Pavel Klimkin, during a briefing at the ministry, called on the West to put pressure on the Russian Federation at every contact with the Russian side, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
It is reported by the press service of the Ministry.
“What we expect from you is not only sympathy for our guys. We need that in every conversation with the Russians - whether it be at the political level or at the level of civil society, or during any other contact ... Every conversation must begin with one point - Russia must leave Ukraine and release political prisoners and hostages,” - Klimkin said, addressing his foreign colleagues.
“In Russia there is no immunity to our pressure, to your pressure: political, social. Russia does not live in a vacuum... during any communication with Russia, remember the names of our political prisoners and hostages,” he emphasized.
