The Constitutional Court of Ukraine approved the consolidation in the constitution of the country's course in NATO and the EU, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
This was announced by the presidential representative in the Verkhovna Rada Irina Lutsenko.
“I would like to dwell on a very positive moment that took place right in these minutes. The majority of votes of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, which just met at these minutes, 14 votes in favor, supported the amendments to the Constitution on consolidating the course in the EU and NATO, proposed by the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko,” the Pryamoy TV channel quotes her as saying.
The press service of the Constitutional Court has not yet commented on this information, noting that when there is an official conclusion, it will be published.
