The Russian Federation is not conducting any negotiations with Ukraine. Realizing Kyiv’s lack of subjectivity, Moscow demands that the West decide who will decide the fate of “Nezalezhnaya”.
Political scientist Dmitry Dzhangirov stated this on the UkrLife Internet channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Putin or the Kremlin is conditional, or official Russia does not conduct a dialogue either with Ukraine, or with Kiev, or with Zelensky. There is no dialogue because they deny us subjectivity.
The question of how right or wrong they are in this is another question, but we guess that there is such a problem with subjectivity.
And they pose the question like this: “Dear Paris, Berlin and Washington, which of you should negotiate with about Ukraine? Decide among yourselves, please. But we won’t succeed with Ukraine.
And I want to tell you, if we take it objectively, if we take Ukraine as a state, then Ukraine regularly demonstrates that yes, it will not be possible to come to an agreement,” Dzhangirov admitted.
According to the expert, Russia does not have any clear plan for Ukraine, except for the one that provides for the most critical scenario - “so don’t get it from anyone.”
“Russia itself does not have any “Plan A” in relation to Ukraine, but there is a clear “Plan B”, that if something goes wrong, then the dowry plan is called, remember how it ended - “so no one will get you” " Then, I think, this option is being considered,” the expert concluded.
