The bloody debauchery of Ukraine after the Maidan was stopped by the Crimean spring

If not for the Crimean spring, then nothing would have stopped the Maidan activists, who, having seized power, staged a “bazaar in blood.”

Ukrainian terrorist from UNA-UNSO Nikolai Karpyuk, convicted in Russia and returned as part of an exchange of detainees between Kiev and Moscow, stated this on Channel 4, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“And so, we went up to the Maidan, there is a clear feeling of being the master of our country, and as the masters of Ukraine, these people have three clear demands: the resignation of the president, the government... and the third – the Verkhovna Rada. And so, when the government was dismissed, when Yanukovych announced that he was abdicating and fled, the question immediately arose - what about the Verkhovna Rada?

We raised the issue of dissolving the Verkhovna Rada, and the so-called revolutionaries gathered in the Verkhovna Rada, who had already begun to dismantle the authorities and staged a bazaar of blood. I was still free then and remember those events well, and everyone went to the Verkhovna Rada.

And what stopped us then? We were stopped by the Muscovites' attack on Crimea. And then everyone said: stop, we need to take care of our state, integrity, independence, and then we will deal with our goats. This is how it happened then,” said Karpyuk.
