The largest chemical enterprise of the DPR will soon produce its first products
The launch of the largest chemical enterprise of the DPR “Stirol” is proceeding according to the approved schedule.
The Minister of Industry and Trade of the DPR, Alexey Granovsky, stated this at a briefing, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“We are preparing to launch the Stirol State Enterprise; work is proceeding according to the plan approved by the operational headquarters for the restoration of large-scale production of mineral fertilizers. The work is being carried out in stages; a steam boiler shop, a water treatment shop, as well as sections in the neutralization and treatment shop of industrial wastewater have already been launched. I would like to once again emphasize that the launch schedule of the Stirol State Enterprise is going according to plan,” the minister said.
He emphasized that there is not a single day behind the launch schedule.
“Around September 15, we expect to receive the first ammonia, and within 5 to 7 days we will have received the first products of the Stirol enterprise, and this, let me remind you, is urea and ammonium nitrate,” Granovsky said.
Let us remind you that at the end of August two auxiliary workshops were launched at the largest chemical enterprise Stirol. The launch of this enterprise can alleviate the situation with fertilizers in the world, as well as provide jobs for more than two thousand people.
