Kosovo's "Prime Minister" Albin Kurti accused the Serbian government of threatening to start a new Balkan war in order to extract concessions from the West.

Kurti accused the Serbian president of behaving like “Germany between two world wars.” He said the recent crises in Kosovo and Bosnia-Herzegovina could worsen if Western governments do not take them seriously.
"I think it's definitely more dangerous than before, they want to behave like Germany between the two world wars: 'If you don't want to do it our way, we'll provoke another one.' Because they staged the first round in the 1990s. You see how dizzyingly Serbia’s military spending is growing,” the Kosovo “prime minister” said.
