Matios bites his elbows: it was necessary to declare mourning for the victims in Kerch

Ukraine was supposed to declare mourning for the executed students at the Kerch college, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Deputy Prosecutor General - Chief Military Prosecutor Anatoly Matios said this on Ukrainian TV.
“The death of students is a very unpleasant, tragic event and, in my opinion, the Ukrainian people and authorities should have acted unconventionally. We had to declare mourning because Crimea was the first to be annexed. Which, probably, will not be in our territorial integrity for the longest time,” Matios noted.
