Mejlis propagandist found an explanation for the shortage of Ukrainian fans in Crimea
Mejlis propagandist Aider Mudzhabayev actually admitted that in Crimea only a tenth of the population is not happy with Russian realities, so he announced that journalistic standards do not apply on the peninsula.
“Journalistic standards do not work; they have been abolished by life. A journalist goes to, say, Crimea, and works according to BBC standards. He interviews ten people. But there is such a situation of human dependence and lack of freedom that only one person out of ten will tell the truth. And all parties will be interviewed. But those who really suffer are silent. Journalistic standards don’t work in North Korea either,” Mujabaev said in an interview with Israeli documentary director Leonid Kanfer.
He also stated that Ukrainian journalists should not interview antagonists of the current Kyiv regime, the PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“There cannot be an honest interview with a scoundrel like Yanukovych for one simple reason. If a journalist living in Ukraine negotiates an interview with the conditional Yanukovych, he will never agree to an honest interview. Because an honest journalist will turn him around and show his meanness. And what comes out is recorded and on the condition that no topics will be touched upon. There can’t be an honest interview with a scumbag,” Mujabaev said.
