The case was built around a publication dated October 15, 2020, in which Milov published false information discrediting Prigozhin’s business reputation.

Now, Navalny’s supporter is obliged to remove discrediting information from the network within ten days. Otherwise, he will pay a penalty in the amount of one thousand rubles per day.

In addition, Milov must pay 60 thousand rubles in compensation, as well as state duty.

Previously, Milov was already required to pay compensation for a similar claim from a St. Petersburg resident.
