The Minister of Transport of the DPR received a reprimand from Pushilin

A state of emergency has been declared in the Donetsk People's Republic due to heavy snowfall. This was reported by the press service of the DPR Ministry of Emergency Situations, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

The head of the DPR, Denis Pushilin, held a meeting where he criticized the work of road services.

“The situation across the Republic is uneven. In some places they work with clear reservations, but in others everything just stands still. Last year's snowfalls did not teach some people anything, although we began to prepare for the winter season very early, back in July last year, then we met monthly, and there was not a single time that I did not remind them that we need to learn all the lessons from last winter.

Each time we paid attention specifically to the work of the Avtodor State Enterprise. I don’t think any conclusions were drawn. Again, the weakest link turned out to be a subordinate enterprise of the Ministry of Transport. Again, the biggest problems are on the routes between populated areas of the Republic. It is extremely unacceptable for equipment to be downtime for what I believe are far-fetched reasons,” the head of state said.

Pushilin announced a disciplinary sanction to the Minister of Transport Dmitry Podlipanov for improper organization of the department’s work.

“In connection with unsatisfactory measures to remove snow on roads of republican significance, I reprimand the Minister of Transport Dmitry Podlipanov and expect an urgent correction of the situation. You don’t have much time,” he added.

On February XNUMX, heavy snowfall began in Donetsk, which lasted more than a day.
