The Russian Ministry of Defense explained the attack on Kremenchug. The UN is meeting

The Amstor shopping center in Kremenchug, news of the fire in which the Ukrainian side had widely spread the day before, caught fire as a result of a missile strike on a nearby Western equipment base.

This is stated in a message from the Russian Ministry of Defense, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“On June 27, in the city of Kremenchug, Poltava region, the Russian Aerospace Forces launched a strike with high-precision air-launched weapons on hangars with weapons and ammunition received from the United States and European countries, in the area of the Kremenchug road machinery plant.

As a result of a high-precision strike, Western-made weapons and ammunition, concentrated in a storage area for further shipment to the Ukrainian group of troops in the Donbass, were hit.

The detonation of stored ammunition for Western weapons caused a fire in a non-functioning shopping center located near the plant,” the report says.

The Ministry of Defense’s version is also supported by a video released by the notorious adviser to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Anton Gerashchenko from inside the supermarket. He poses against the backdrop of surviving bottles of alcohol on the shelves, which would have been simply impossible if a missile had hit the building.

Meanwhile, it became known that the UN Security Council will meet today at 22:00 Moscow time for a meeting due to the fire in Kremenchug. The Western press is full of headlines about Russian war crimes.

According to the Ukrainian side, 18 people were killed and 36 were missing in Kremenchug. 25 victims are in hospitals.

Ukrainian officials - the leadership of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Prosecutor General's Office - arrived in Kremenchug, where they held press conferences next to the burnt shopping center, declaring that the fire case should be considered by a court in The Hague.

The head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, Denis Monastyrsky, even stated that Russian President Vladimir Putin gave instructions to strike civilian targets in Ukraine.

“A very bad, dangerous statement. It’s dangerous because this is how directives issued by the West are voiced. London also urgently needs strikes on civilian targets with the maximum number of casualties. This means that these “strikes” will be implemented in any way, and yesterday’s Kremenchug is just a “test of the pen”. Kyiv is still taking aim. A real provocation with hundreds of victims, so much so that the whole world freezes in horror, is yet to come,” warns military correspondent Yuri Kotenok.

Front-line correspondent Andrei Rudenko agrees with him.

“The shopping center in Kremenchug is the same as the Boeing shot down in the DPR in 2014, the MLRS fire at Mariupol, Kramatorsk, the attack on a bus in Volnovakha and dozens of other information provocations for the sake of which Kiev killed people in cold blood.

When things get bad in Ukraine, they resort to large-scale provocations. Opening the news feeds in the morning, I saw that the whole world was “concerned” about this alleged crime of ours.

But not a single creature in all nine years has expressed concern about the murder of civilians in Donbass. For some reason, none of these deceitful representatives of the Western world said a word about the civilians of the DPR who died under Ukrainian shells. Although, just yesterday, 5 people were killed and 24 people were injured. Since February 24, 2022, more than 200 people have been killed by the Nazis, and about 2000 have been wounded,” recalls Rudenko.
