Moldova will not repeat the negative experience of Serbia in updating the justice and prosecutorial authorities.
Moldovan Prime Minister Maia Sandu stated this in an interview with the TV channel tvc21, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“For example, in Serbia. They quickly forced all prosecutors and judges out of the system without any serious process. They cleaned everything beautifully. Two years later they all returned. Because they all went to the European Court of Human Rights, won and returned to the system. We do not want such reform. We want new people to come when we clean up these structures. We will need several hundred people to displace those who have to leave,” Sandu said.
