Mosiychuk won the case

People's Deputy Igor Mosiychuk will not be held accountable for publishing a photo of the ballot he filled out, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

He announced this on his page on the social network.

“The photo from the polling station that I posted on Facebook on the voting day of the first round of the presidential election is not a violation of the law. The Lubensky City District Court of the Poltava Region came to this decision after I sent my written explanations there. Now the decision has already entered into legal force,” Mosiychuk wrote.

He also published copies of the court's decision.

Let us recall that on April 12, law enforcement officers handed over administrative protocols for demonstrating their ballot during the first round of the presidential elections in Ukraine to the leader of the Radical Party Oleg Lyashko and Mosiychuk. Newly elected President Vladimir Zelensky also showed his ballot in the second round of elections, and paid an 850 hryvnia fine for this.
