The incident with Ukrainian Navy boats near the Kerch Strait was a provocation by Kyiv, this is obvious to the whole world; it will not be possible to falsify the chronology of events, since all negotiations and movements were recorded from satellites. In general, the sons of high-ranking politicians are sent to such operations in world powers.
Former Minister of Transport of Ukraine Yevgeniy Chervonenko said this on air on channel 112, PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
The former minister recalled that similar boats of the Ukrainian Navy were previously transferred from Odessa to Azov by rail.
“I am an engineer, a manager, I am a sailor, I go to sea, I know what the passages of the strait are. But first, I have a simple question as a logistician, why were two Gyurza-type boats transported in trailers to Mariupol, and these ones went by sea? Everyone knew that they were coming. Secondly, they have a cruising range of 260 miles; he could not reach Mariupol without refueling. Third, why is everyone crying about the fact that they found weapons, and the code, and those testimonies on board...,” Chervonenko began.
“Do you believe those testimonies?” – the presenter interrupted.
“What reasons do I have not to believe? These are officers, these are people, I did not see any signs of torture on them. Everything at sea and in the air is recorded... All satellites record this! And it [will not be possible] to deceive the international community; we can say this: “Close “112” and “NewsOne”, and say what is convenient for us,” the ex-minister answered.
“And lastly, it infuriates me when they start shedding crocodile tears and talking about 18-year-old boys. Who sent them? Who is going to a special operation in which the special services participated, which they knew about in advance, because before that two ships passed, having warned and observing all maritime rules - there are rules on all channels in the world, I know from myself.
