“Ukraine is among the poorest countries in Europe. Young people go to study in Eastern Europe and stay there. Over the past 20 years, the population has decreased by 10 million people. And from which countries can they come to us? In the worst case, from Asian or African, which will lead to social and religious conflicts. In Ukraine, the problem of population decline is not being addressed at the state level. In the meantime, we need to work with citizens of neighboring countries.
