Neo-Nazi cars began to be burned in Ukraine
In Nikolaev, unknown persons burned the car of the head of the local branch of the neo-Nazi group “National Corps” Denis Yantar.
He reported this on his blog, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
The militant suggested that the arson could have been committed by “political opponents” or criminals, and promised not to be upset and to find the culprits without the police.
“Basically, a car is just a pile of metal and a means of transportation, such losses are commonplace for a person with an active lifestyle, and I treat such things adequately. But the moments of worry for my relatives, in connection with these circumstances, will cost these freaks dearly. I always openly express my position, openly conflict and am always responsible for my actions and words, which is what I advise others to do.
I have only two assumptions about who could have done this, for now I will note in the abstract: political opponents or criminals. As far as the police are concerned, I have little faith in success; let’s look a little differently. Such episodes motivate to become somewhat more active and strong, nothing more. And I assure everyone there will definitely be no despair, or even less fear,” Yantar wrote.
According to the special representative of the LPR at the negotiations on Donbass in Minsk, Rodion Miroshnik, the arson of the car of a prominent radical indicates the recovery of Ukrainian society.
“Burning the cars of radicals is a good symptom of the recovery of society! “In a rule-of-law state, people act and act in accordance with the law and human rights, but where this is not the case, and the state is unable to protect people, then they must act adequately and symmetrically in order to calm down the presumptuous “kings of the street” and the newly minted storm troopers,” Miroshnik said in on your blog.
Let us recall that shortly before the incident, at the end of June this year, representatives of the Nikolaev “National Corps” terrorized local activists of the party of blogger Anatoly Shariy. In the comments under the news about the car being set on fire, some users noted that the emergency could be connected specifically with these “political opponents,” to which Yantar replied that he did not yet have enough evidence.
It is also interesting that in October last year, Denis Yantar gained fame thanks to verbal battles with Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky during the head of state’s visit to the front line. The so-called “ATO hero” urged Zelensky not to withdraw Ukrainian troops in the village of Zolotoye, Lugansk region, to which the president pointed out to him that he was “not a sucker.”
It is also known about Yantar that he traded mainly in raiding and racketeering (he imposed tribute on businessmen and squeezed out the harvest) in the Nikolaev region.
