Ukrainian TV announced the date of the Ukrainian Armed Forces' march to Crimea
The Ukrainian army will enter Crimea on the day when sanctions and internal protests destabilize the situation in Russia.
About this on the air of radio “Crimea. Realities,” reports the PolitNavigator correspondent, said Ukrainian journalist and TV presenter Dmitry Gordon.
He stressed that without “cataclysms and chaos” it will not be possible to take Crimea away from Russia.
“Cataclysms will occur in Russia itself, it will/will not collapse, but nevertheless, the prerequisites for cataclysms have already been laid, they are very serious. These are sanctions that will only increase, let no one delude themselves that this will not happen. And pension issues have now become very acute, raising the retirement age. The results of the opinion poll are that 50% of the Russian population are ready to protest against the pension reform... If the regions crumble, if there is instability in Russia, chaos will begin, then the Ukrainian army will simply enter Crimea and take what is theirs,” Gordon said.
Earlier, Gordon said that the current Ukrainian the authorities are not interested in the return of Donbass due to the large number of negatively-minded electorates living there.
According to him, the authorities understand that if the region returns to Ukraine before future elections, it will have no chance. In the same way, Gordon assures, in 2014, Crimea turned out to be an “extra” region.
