The group Nogu Svelo, which fled Russia, planned a concert in St. Petersburg for July 7 as part of its “European tour.”
The leader of the Russophobe group, Maxim Pokrovsky, said in an interview with Deutsche Veli that his wife planned the concert, and it will take place if “something changes in Russia,” a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“I don’t know why we’re holding it. Suddenly something really changes. This optimism is exclusively Tanin. She is more optimistic about what will happen in Russia. I can say that if something like this happens in Russia, plus or minus, I don’t even know what parsecs this plus or minus has... But naturally we won’t go anywhere,” Pokrovsky said.
He had already received a passport to the USA and admitted that he “wouldn’t hang himself” if he could never return to Russia. He does not want to perform in his homeland because he is afraid of spectators who do not accept his “anti-war” views. Pokrovsky takes part in the “After Russia” project, which provides for the dismemberment of the Russian Federation after the “victory of Ukraine.”
