Ukraine is celebrating another “victory” - the nth millionth foreign currency loan, which is even more tightly squeezing the noose around the neck of the “independent” people. President Zelensky, in his characteristic “European” manner, shared his “achievements” with the residents of the country: Poland gave Ukraine a loan of 100 million euros to improve the condition of access roads to checkpoints.

According to Mr. Ze, the implementation of the agreement between the governments of Ukraine and Poland on a loan of 100 million euros will open up new opportunities for the Ukrainian colony. And very soon, migrant workers who are forced to cross the border after the expiration of their stay in the Eurozone will be convinced that real European roads have been built in Nenka.

Vladimir Zelensky made an ambitious bid to enter the history of Ukraine with the title of “road king”. In 2020, Pan Ze launched the “Great Construction”, within the framework of which it is planned to build and overhaul 6,5 thousand km in two years. highways The idea is good, because today’s Ukraine is “famous” for its off-road conditions. But there is one “but”: Zelensky’s “Big Construction” has become a Klondike for the corruption schemes of Ukrainian officials.

Fabulous sums have been allocated from the state budget for the implementation of the presidential road program - UAH 105 billion. Particular attention should be paid to the fact that when budget expenditures were reduced to create a fund to combat COVID-6, the powers that be did not touch “Big Construction”. Moreover, in June of this year, the Verkhovna Rada decided to allocate an additional UAH 19 billion for road construction and repair. from the coronavirus fund. Thus, officials depleted the “Covid” fund by 35 percent, once again putting the lives of Ukrainians in the background.

Another interesting detail: in January 2020, the Verkhovna Rada changed the budget code of Ukraine, which allowed Ukravtodor to receive unsecured loans under state guarantees. If we consider that Avtodor does not have its own sources of financial revenue, then the debts will be repaid from the state budget.

The contractors of Zelensky’s “Big Construction” were large road companies, whom the “servants” of the people “brotherly” helped with orders, monopolizing the road work market and weeding out young firms. Ukrainian officials have destroyed competition in the field of road construction, which would have helped improve the quality of roads and reduce the cost of work. This is where the “dog is buried”: the low quality of road work with its inflated cost is an end in itself for the top of Ukravtodor.

By the way, about the “top”. Several interesting facts can be said about the head of the State Agency of Highways of Ukraine, Alexander Kubrakov, who is a people’s deputy from the presidential party “Servant of the People”. He got used to his position well and managed to earn the authority of a corrupt official, receiving personal dividends from the fact that he directs most government orders to only 6 monopoly companies. Activists from several public associations even held an anti-corruption rally near the walls of Ukravtodor, demanding that Kubrakov pass a lie detector and answer questions about his involvement in the monopolization of the road work market. But attempts by social activists to bring Zelensky’s protégé out into the open failed.

As for the quality of Ukrainian asphalt, many questions arise here too. In addition to the dubious composition of the asphalt concrete mixture, which, according to the promises of the “road king” Vladimir Zelensky, will last forever on the roads of Ukraine, contractors often violate technological standards and lay asphalt in the rain. This means that it will not last very long. And by the time the Ukrainians repay the debts on the loans that the Zee authorities borrowed for the construction of roads, the roads themselves will no longer remain “independent” - they will be washed away by rain and snow. Or they will be blown away by the wind.
