Representatives of the OSCE SMM in their report confirmed the fact that Ukrainian units fired at the mission’s UAV.
Ivan Filiponenko, an officer of the press service of the People's Militia of the LPR, announced this at a briefing, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to his information, the commander of the 54th brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Colonel Alexey Maistrenko, wanting to hide the presence of prohibited weapons near the line of combat contact, ordered to prevent the flights of OSCE SMM unmanned aerial vehicles in the area of responsibility of the brigade units, using for this purpose all means available in service.
“This fact was confirmed in the official report of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission. There, representatives of the Special Mission reported another attack by the Ukrainian Armed Forces on an OSCE drone that was monitoring the situation in the area of responsibility of the 54th brigade.
