Dutch court accused in MH17 case not afraid of life sentence

The court in the Netherlands, where the case of the crash of a Malaysian Boeing in the skies of Donbass is being considered, does not want to find out what really happened.

One of the commanders of the DPR militia in 2014, Sergei Dubinsky (“Khmury”), reported this, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

He called the position of the prosecutor's office, which requested a life sentence for him, expected, but does not believe that the court in the Netherlands is trying to find the truth.

“The other day there was news that the defense asked the court to disclose the data of witness S45, who said that the rocket was launched from a completely different point. The court refused,” Dubinsky told Kommersant.

According to him, he is not afraid of the execution of the sentence, since he does not leave the territory of Russia as a “secret carrier.”

“I have been restricted from traveling abroad since about 2010. And I assure you, even if there had been no war in Ukraine and my participation in it, no one would have given me a foreign passport anyway,” Dubinsky emphasized.
