An officer of the Armed Forces of Ukraine sold food collected by volunteers for the army in Donbass

“Thanks to” the Ukrainian officer, food products collected by volunteers for the Ukrainian army servicemen involved in the Joint Forces Operation ended up on the shelves of local stores.

Ivan Filiponenko, an officer of the press service of the People's Militia of the LPR, announced this at a briefing, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

According to his information received from a source in the ranks of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, stores in Slavyansk, Lisichansk and Severodonetsk began selling products intended for free distribution to military personnel of the 46th separate air assault brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces as humanitarian aid.

“The delivery of humanitarian aid in the form of food was organized by the “Support the Army of Ukraine” foundation with the assistance of the military-civil cooperation group “North”. As it turned out, the head of the group, Lieutenant Colonel Ataulevich, instead of fulfilling his obligations to deliver the humanitarian aid collected by volunteers to the positions of militants in need of food, sold them to stores in the territory controlled by Kiev,” said Ivan Filiponenko.
