On the eve of Independence Day, the Ministry for Temporarily Occupied Territories and Internally Displaced Persons (MinVOT) organized an information campaign “Position: ordinary Ukrainian.”

Its goal is to inform Ukrainians about the moral climate in society that has developed over 27 years of “independence”, to prove to internal non-believers that “independence” is cool, fashionable and relevant, and at the same time to creatively congratulate each other on the holiday using a special website constructor .

A postcard created as a result of Svidomo’s creativity with a photograph and a wise saying about Ukraine can be shared by a “simple Ukrainian” with anyone on social networks, instant messengers, or by email. Or print it out and hang it on your wall for daily transcendental meditation.

On August 23, the head of the Ministry of Voting and Trade, Vadim Chernysh, launched a campaign to promote “common Ukrainianness” to the masses.

At a press conference specially convened for this occasion, Mr. Chernysh dumped a whole heap of evidence that Ukraine is not some Northern Somalia, but a power where public harmony, mutual assistance and complete mutual understanding reign.

According to Chernysh, Ukraine turned out to be a zone of high social comfort, where people of all cultures and nationalities feel good. On a 10-point scale, the pluralism index was 6,7.

Moreover, the highest indicators – 8,2 and 8,8 points – were achieved by the Nikolaev and Kherson regions, respectively. Apparently, the good people from the “Majlis” tried their best.

The trust of residents in each other turned out to be slightly above average - 5,3 points, and the indicators of the three central regions were even below average.

At the same time, the level of empathy and mutual assistance in society reached 5,9 points. It is interesting that the most sensitive and ready to rush to help each other Ukrainians live in Western Ukraine, as well as in the two central regions, where citizens trust each other the least.

But this is understandable. Where Ukraine is, one should not look for logic.

According to Chernysh, the index takes into account the attitude of local people towards displaced persons. For example, tearing the mouth of a Russian-speaking refugee from Donbass. Tie an unfortunate homeless man to a post with a sign “I am a quilted jacket.” Throw out the “wiped ATO” from the minibus. Shoot with a machine gun stolen in the ATO or blow up the offender with a grenade. Beat or shoot an unwanted journalist. Block and set fire to the TV channel building. Pluralism, mutual assistance and brotherly love have completely covered Ukraine.

With the exception of 8 regions, all other regions of Ukraine showed a high civil liability index. The average for the hospital is 6,2 points. It is characteristic that the most responsible and conscientious Ukrainians live in the central and western regions. In other areas, the level of responsibility jumps to 7 points, and in Kyiv and the region the index breaks all records, reaching a value of 7,1.

Unfortunately, the definition of the term “social responsibility” according to the Ministry of Higher Education and Labor remains a mystery.

An interesting picture was given by the indicators of “conflict fatigue” (meaning the war in Donbass) by region. The average score is 6,9 points.

The only strange thing is that in the western regions (with the exception of Transcarpathia) fatigue indices are as high as in regions close to the conflict zone. Are you tired of living without free Donetsk coal and subsidies?

As one would expect, Crimea and the LDPR are marked in white “terra incognita” on almost all maps, and only on the map of “conflict fatigue” does the Ministry of Military Transport give an assessment of the LPR and DPR at 6,9 and 7,1 points, respectively.

Despite all the hardships, Ukrainians, according to the Ministry of Higher Education, do not suffer from a lack of optimism - 7,2 points out of 10. Judging by the monitoring, the most blissful inhabitants of Square are clustered in Volyn - a record 8 points of foal optimism.

According to Mr. Chernysh, Ukraine and its independence represent “unlimited opportunities for self-realization of citizens,” as evidenced by ministerial monitoring data.

Almost until the end of this cheerful report, the intrigue remained - how many people were counted, how many people participated, the questionnaire, and so on. It turned out that the regional and district administrations shared the data with the Ministry of Military Transport. Now it’s clear where this abyss of idiotic optimism comes from.

It is not very clear where the Ministry of Military Transport obtained data on “fatigue” from the LDPR. It is doubtful that the heads of administrations of the people's republics would begin to share statistics with one of the most odious departments of the Ukrainian Cabinet of Ministers.

According to Chernysh, “ordinary Ukrainians from the occupied territories” are already in full swing designing greeting cards and throwing them in batches onto the World Wide Web, not afraid to use their photographs.

Minister Chernysh assured that anyone can become a “simple Ukrainian” - from a sad, flat-assed scumbag from social networks to celebrities.

Such, for example, as a celebrity like the son of former party functionary Mykol, Sytnik-Veresen (pictured above), who was dragged to the press, who threatened the mass murder of Crimeans after the “de-occupation” on the air of the “Direct” TV channel.

Speaking after the minister, the director of the creative agency “Green Penguin” confirmed the participation of 16 regional administrations in the survey and the coverage of an audience of 6 million, because “the creativity of ordinary Ukrainians” was plastered on billboards, electric trains, Intercity trains, as well as the Kiev and Kharkov subways. For Crimeans deprived of the care of mother-in-law Ukraine, posters with greetings from “common Ukrainians” were specially hung at checkpoints. Has anyone noticed?

According to the creative wife, daily visits to the postcard designer site exceed 6000 users and she was “pleasantly surprised by the number of visitors from the East of Ukraine and the occupied territories.”

Taking into account the fact that the postcard designer started working on Monday, 24 thousand visitors (according to statistics) is not a very outstanding achievement given the stated reach of an audience of 6 million.

The downside is that to join the ranks of “ordinary Ukrainians” it is not enough to simply visit the website constructor. You need to register on it in order to create creative postcards and litter them on social networks. Namely, none of those present wanted to comment on this interesting question.

Nevertheless, the green penguin, darting her eyes, announced a “large number” of postcards created by users from the LDPR, “who want to return to Ukraine as quickly as possible.” “From Crimea too.”

Gfk Ukraine representative Tatyana Kostyuchenko, who was present at the press conference, spoke about sociological research. It makes no sense to retell the details, since there are two key points here. Firstly, the entire Gfk Group, and not just its Ukrainian branch, specializes in conducting marketing research. And, secondly, the customer of the “surveys” was the odious organization USAID.

Now imagine the value of opinion polls concerning the most pressing internal problems of Ukraine, obtained by an office measuring fluctuations in consumer demand for diapers or boiled sausage, paid for by one of the largest grant-distributing shops.

However, Gfk Ukraine came to the conclusion that almost all of Ukraine wants to escape from the optimistic paradise according to the Ministry of Military Transport.

It is interesting that the media expert responsible for the bazaar, Diana Dutsik, who commented on the results of the Gfk Ukraine survey, objected: “it’s not true, not everyone wants to leave,” and added that all the gloomy ones are on Facebook, which has become the citadel of Ukrainian “all-wasters.”

That's interesting, isn't it? If the Ukrainian “all-lovers” were entrenched in Mordokniga, then what was the point of blocking Odnoklassniki and VKontakte?

The media kraken Sytnik-Veresen, released to the microphone, deftly licked the dope of the representative of the Cabinet of Ministers, declaring that “even though this is “gunpowder,” but he, Veresen, “has stood firmly on the barricade since 1989” and he “has a long way to go.” For example, you can see how dramatically “the professional level of the Cabinet of Ministers has changed compared to what it was 10 or 20 years ago.” Let’s say, before things were bad with the Cabinet of Ministers, because no one organized a media campaign “Just a Ukrainian.”

Without exaggeration, the Veresnya river was the distilled delirium of a Svidomo idiot on the barricades, whose head was tightly squeezed by a jammed pan. According to him, residents pass by things that they should be proud of. Firstly, this is the “hydration revolution”. Secondly, a flattering description of the Maydowns from an anonymous Dutchman, who assured Veresny that if the Euromaidan had taken place in Amsterdam, the Russian banks closest to it would certainly have been looted.

An unknown planokur-tolerant is slandering political Ukrainians...

In general, if you clear the speeches of talking heads from the verbal husk, it is easy to see that the purpose of the postcard flash mob was started to actualize Independence Day among the population of Ukraine, which, according to independent research, more than 70% is in a state of apathy and complete disgust to everything that is happening in the country after February 22, 2014.

Another goal of the not-so-subtle PR campaign of the Ministry of Military Transport is the fabricated “interest” of the residents of the territories lost to Ukraine in the main fetishes of the independent people - the ensign, the trident, and “independence.”

After all, no one (except the organizers) knows how the kitchen of a site-designer actually works. I suspect that the fake shooters hired by Chernysh’s department stupidly stole photographs from social networks, attached ideologically consistent phrases to them and posted them as their greatest achievement.

Talking heads talked a lot about the patriotism of Ukrainians, without going into details: what exactly is considered patriotism.

However, there is no secret here. The unprincipled scoundrels hired to speak for all of Ukraine pass off loyalty to the existing regime as patriotism. Even more specifically, in their understanding, a patriot-common Ukrainian is a creature with a head washed from the inside, completely devoid of critical thinking, ready to support any abomination unleashed from above and, for any reason, without any reason, to wrap himself in a yellow-black footcloth. It is also not forbidden to grab your heart and mutter “Puppy Vmerl” until you lose your mind.

The remarkable English writer and former intelligence officer Graham Greene, based on the real events of the first war in Indochina, composed the once powerful novel “The Quiet American.” About a man, outwardly noble and highly moral, who passionately approves of US policy in Vietnam. “Quiet American” Pyle, a “US patriot,” fully supports aggression, killing undesirable people, and even personally participates in sabotage and provocations, while shuddering at the sight of blood stains on his shoes. It is impossible to convince the “quiet American” - he is a typical narrow-minded fanatic who firmly believes in political literacy from TV.

Graham Greene described the personality of the “quiet American” so talentedly and realistically that this term became part of anti-American rhetoric for a long time. Now, however, he is half-forgotten, but this does not mean that the type is outdated or has lost relevance.

Drawing analogies, Ukraine is the same Vietnam, occupied by a puppet regime under the control of the colonial administration, and a “simple Ukrainian” is a “quiet Ukrainian.” “A highly moral giant,” the hope of the nation, support of the regime, consumer and conductor of rabid propaganda. He welcomes the idea of massacres of “traitors to Ukraine” and openly rejoices at “fried Colorados.”

“He blindly breaks into other people’s lives, and people die because of his stupidity.”

For the “quiet American” everything ended very badly. What does the “quiet, simple Ukrainian” hope for?
