“We grab people from Russia and retreat” - an officer of the Armed Forces of Ukraine about the hardships of war
The Ukrainian army, special forces and intelligence cannot give a serious fight to the Russian Armed Forces, but are forced to “get lyuli” and slowly back away.
Captain of the 72nd brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Sergei Alymov stated this in an interview with Kyiv political scientist Yuri Romanenko, the PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Our whole war, it looks something like this, so that everyone understands who is going there. We have 10-15 brigades, and they are joined by all the paratroopers, marines, special forces, and main forces, who actually fight and actually capture people,” Alymov said.
The captain of the Ukrainian Armed Forces complained that the Ukrainian army can only retreat, leaving behind scorched earth.
“That is, our entire war with the Wagners - we simply stupidly retreated. We retreated from Klinovoy 2,9 kilometers per month. We were simply squeezed out. There is not a single residential building left in Klinovoe, just foundations. What are you going to hold onto there?
We retreat, cross the Bakhmut-Gorlovka highway, there is the village of Vershina. Fighting begins there - the same story. They are covering, the Grads are flying, the infantry is fighting,” he complained.
