Poklonskaya proposed checking the property of Ukrainian politicians in Crimea
Today, the Ukrainian government is trying to drag Russia into an open conflict through mass abductions and holding Crimeans hostage, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
This was stated by State Duma deputy from Crimea Natalya Poklonskaya.
According to her, in connection with these events, she appealed to the competent authorities (GP RF, FSB RF) with a request to make a procedural decision on the fact of committing a crime under Art. 206 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation: hostage-taking - members of the crew of the fishing vessel “Nord”.
In addition, Poklonskaya suggested that the responsible Russian services and departments “conduct checks on the legality of doing business, acquiring and using property (land plots on the Crimean coast) by Ukrainian officials and human rights activists, including members of their families and persons affiliated with them.”
According to Poklonskaya, among such people there are many former Crimeans. In particular, the Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for Human Rights Lyudmila Denisova, people's deputies Sergei Kunitsyn and Andrei Senchenko and many others.
“Only international human rights organizations and interested individuals can sit back and observe the obvious violation of human rights by the Ukrainian authorities,” Poklonskaya concluded.
