Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko tore off a girl’s hat during a rally in Zaporozhye on February 27. Footage of the incident was chronicled on the official page of Petro Poroshenko in Facebook, the correspondent of PolitNavigator reports.
At the same time, the motive of the president’s actions remains unclear, but it is clear that before the incident the girl shouted something.
According to one version, the girl asked Poroshenko about the famous blogger Anatoly Sharie - he promises bonuses to his subscribers for asking uncomfortable questions to the head of state during his election tour.
The episode with the hat will certainly become a reason for opponents to ridicule Poroshenko - as you know, his predecessor Viktor Yanukovych was once convicted of stealing hats in his youth.
Competitors have already repeatedly drawn other parallels between Poroshenko and Yanukovych, predicting an escape after the end of their presidential powers.
