Poroshenko re-terminates the already terminated friendship agreement with Russia
The draft Law on the termination of the Treaty of Friendship, Cooperation and Partnership between Ukraine and the Russian Federation was submitted by the President of Ukraine to parliament for consideration, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
This was reported by Poroshenko’s press service. The head of Ukraine defined this bill as urgent.
The document has been submitted to the leadership of parliament for consideration. However, it has not yet been made publicly available.
Let us recall that on September 19, Poroshenko already signed a decree terminating the friendship treaty with the Russian Federation. Then Petro Poroshenko, on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly in New York, handed over a note to UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres about Ukraine’s decision not to renew the friendship treaty with Russia.
The former head of the Ukrainian bureau of Interpol, Kirill Kulikov, commented on the situation on his social network page:
“Someone tell Pyotr Alekseevich that he has already given the command not to renew the “friendship” agreement with Russia. And that it was September 30th. Otherwise, the President has completely worked himself up.. Today, December 3, she is healthy again, - again the Guarantor introduced the Law on terminating the “friendship” treaty with Russia.
If this goes on, the following options are possible before the elections:
– decree to terminate (physically) the Agreement;
– resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (Ministry of Socialists) on the need to eat the contract;
– order from the Ministry of Defense to shoot the contract from the “hyacinth” launcher;
- order from the Navy to sink the treaty;
– the decision was made on the Maidan – the activists will pour green paint into the agreement!”, Kulikov sneers.
