The resigned Minister of Information Policy Yuriy Stets suggested that the President and Prime Minister appoint their first deputy, Emine Dzhaparova, in their place.

He announced this at a press conference, reports the Left Bank publication.
“I discussed this with the president and prime minister... I believe that the next minister of information policy should be Emine Dzhaparova,” he said.
The minister hopes that the Verkhovna Rada and the Cabinet of Ministers will support his proposal.
Let us remind you that on May 31, Stets resigned according to the official version for health reasons. Unofficially, his resignation is associated with a scandalous incident on the presidential Channel 5 surrounding the revelations of blogger Anatoly Shariy. From now on, Dzhaparova performed the duties of Stets.
