“Permanent Representative” Poroshenko in the virtual Autonomous Republic of Crimea solved the crime of the century
Four and a half years after the reunification of Crimea with Russia and a year of wiping his pants in Kherson, Poroshenko’s “permanent representative” in the virtual Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Babin, discovered something terrible: some mysterious health resorts are secretly pumping a lot of valuable brine and water from the Ukrainian part of Sivash to the “occupied” part of the lake for the operation of enterprises "Bromine" and "Crimean Soda Plant" in Krasnoperekopsk.
At the same time, Kiev did not issue any licenses for the use of sacred mineral resources of Ukraine to “separatist” enterprises.
The alarm over more than four years of theft of Ukraine’s natural resources under the roof of the law “On the Open Economic Zone of Crimea” called the “permanent representative” who had been sitting idle for a long time and forced him to act decisively and impartially.
Having visited Cape Kutar on Sivash, Pan Babin recorded the presence of a “Velychez hydrotechnical sporud” (a huge hydraulic structure), which uncontrollably transports a torrent of precious water from Central to Western Sivash.
And in fact, the hydraulic structure is so “excellent” that it is clearly visible from low-Earth orbit, as evidenced by the Google Maps service.
A joint raid by the permanent representative with the “izbushniks”, including representatives of the central apparatus, with the involvement of the press and the public, revealed amazing things. Inside the “underground plant” for pumping Sivash water there are pumps installed, a brand new transformer, and all the units are powered - oh horror! – electricity from the “occupied” side. The brave “permanent representative” especially emphasized that the complex for the theft of golden Ukrainian brine was well guarded.
Justice and victory were won without leaving the cash register. With a graceful turn of the switch, the enemy pumps and transformers were stopped. Unlicensed Ukrainian brine will no longer leave the Ukrainian reservoir!
According to Babin, “The pumps at this plant are now turned off, but this morning we observed their operation. If we touch them now, we feel warmth, that is, the pumps were working recently. The employees of this water pumping station refuse to cooperate with the investigative authorities.”
According to one of the workers, the pumping station belongs to the Geomonitoring company. Babin also claims that the station’s units are serviced by citizens of Ukraine, and the land is leased by the soda plant, and the plant accurately transfers the rent.
Babin blames the local authorities for the fact that the enemy pumping station was working quietly throughout the “hybrid war against Ukraine.”
From the department of the “permanent representative” the most powerful SUGS is heard, and oaths that everything is sealed, locked with a barn lock, and very soon the entire chemical industry of the Northern Crimea will die in terrible convulsions.
What can I say? We congratulate Babin, his deputy Gdanov, the Majlis barmaley Chubarov who joined them, the SBU apparatus, the press and the public on revealing the open secret.
First of all, it would be nice to figure out how it happened that for four and a half years, a pumping station well known on both sides of the border operated on the Ukrainian side, pumping water from Northern Sivash to Crimean chemical plants? Such a vicious glare, and the “brothers” with the Medjlis members suddenly went blind and, like the Indian Vigilant Falcon from the old joke, years later they discovered the absence of a wall in the barn where the pale-faced people locked them.
Presumably, it was no surprise to anyone that all of the station’s units operated on electricity supplied from the Crimean side. There is nowhere else to get electricity from - within a radius of ten (if not more) kilometers on the Ukrainian side, three years ago all the power lines running to Crimea were torn down.
Secret construction through a tunnel? Hell no! The pumping station was built back in Soviet times specifically to service the Brom and Sodovy plants, so Babin will not be able to shift the blame to the local authorities, who did not dare to breathe in the direction of the chemical enterprises of Crimea. Especially if you look for the relevant documents in Kyiv.
It is also obvious that the recent environmental emergency at the Crimean Titan plant, the Crimean chemical industry, as well as the supply of any water to the peninsula, are under the close attention of the gunpowder. The topic of dispersing the excitement around the “underground” pumping station was specially reserved for replenishing Poroshenko’s “pemog” piggy bank on the eve of the presidential elections.
Things are going badly for the gunpowder, so this bast came in handy in order to stick it in the line.
Are the Crimean Soda Plant and Brom JSC threatened with cessation of work and bankruptcy after the closure of the pumping station on the Ukrainian side?
No, it's not a threat. The liquidation of the water intake blocks the access of water (and not just brine) from Northern Sivash not only to Crimea, but also to the Ukrainian side.
And even if, true to the bastard practice, the gunpowder shuts off all the valves and dismantles the important equipment of the “suddenly discovered” pumping station, this will not have irreversible consequences either for the western part of Sivash or for the Crimean enterprises.
If you look at the satellite map, you can see that the pumping station is built on a dam connecting the Russian and Ukrainian banks of the Sivash. Accordingly, the dam is divided in half by the state border.
That is, to restore the work of the Krasnoperekopsk factories, it will be necessary to cut the narrow dam on the Russian side and install a new pumping station. The only difference is that no Babin with the SBU and the public under his arm will no longer risk sticking his beak in there.
Why did the Ukrainian side turn a blind eye to the operation of the pumping station on its territory for a long time? I believe the answer lies in the personality of the owner of both Krasnoperekopsk factories.
As you know, a significant part of the chemical industry, including the Crimean one, was stolen by the Ukrainian oligarch Firtash. It must be assumed that the documents cunningly drawn up in 2014 on the transfer of factories for lease did not change the de facto affiliation of Crimean enterprises with Firtash’s chemical empire.
Another thing is that Firtash, stuck in Austria, has been in litigation with the FBI for the last 4 years, threatening the oligarch with deportation straight to an American prison. Poroshenko and his “brothers” are trying to squeeze financial and political profit out of this situation as much as possible.
As for the enterprises “Crimean Soda Plant” and JSC “Brom”, these are very profitable enterprises that use local raw materials. JSC "Brom" is the only one in Eastern Europe that produces bromine and its compounds for the chemical, pharmaceutical, and rubber industries.
The soda plant additionally receives limestone from a quarry near the village of Aromatnoye, Belogorsk district of the Republic of Crimea, to produce caustic soda.
In general, we wish the “independent” thieves to expose and devour each other as often as possible. “Permanent Representative” Babin - not to cough up new loud revelations in the style of the Vigilant Falcon from the joke.
