The investor prepared several options for improving the territory. It is planned that in the next 15 years the volume of tax revenues will be about 32 billion rubles. About 15 thousand jobs will be created for city residents.

The Megaline company will find funds for the development of the territory. This money will also be used to create transport and engineering infrastructure. Megaline organized an international architectural competition to select the best international and domestic practices for territory development. The winner will be announced at SPIEF 2022, where Russian President Vladimir Putin is invited.
