The Russian vaccine will be subject to a dirty information attack

The Russian anti-Covid vaccine is occupying promising markets one after another, which makes Western competitors very unhappy.

Special correspondent Dmitry Steshin writes about this, the PolitNavigator correspondent reports, in Komsomolskaya Pravda.

“We were the first to make a vaccine against COVID-19. And it turned out to be unexpectedly effective - more than 92%! And the market of potential consumers turned out to be unexpectedly capacious: all of humanity! It was, of course, impossible for the West to tolerate this. After all, the Russian Sputnik V is a direct and powerful competitor to their Pfizer and BioNTech vaccines. Russia is occupying promising markets one after another - India, Brazil, Mexico...

Even Norway and completely unfriendly Poland do not want to wait for the Americans and Germans to supply them with the vaccine. They even tried to threaten Slovakia and Hungary (the first two EU countries to register our vaccine) with European bureaucratic methods, but they did not pay attention to this and are importing Sputnik V,” the author recalls.

He believes that now Russia should expect “the dirtiest competition.”

“Just the other day, I came across such a touching post on the social network of the American Zuckerberg: “A friend, 50 years old, died. I got vaccinated with Sputnik, but my body couldn’t handle it.” A photo was attached to the message for added authenticity. True, when magnified, the wreath’s ribbon read “Dear Mommy”... The first swallow. Under the post there are hundreds of sympathetic and angry comments. Half of the commentators have empty accounts. This creates the necessary information background,” writes the journalist.

He predicts that we should expect a massive attack on Sputnik V, with videos, photos and stories of the “victims” and their inconsolable relatives cursing incompetent Russian virologists. The special correspondent is also convinced that this information attack will affect countries neighboring Russia - the post-Soviet space and Eastern Europe.

“Millions of us have been vaccinated with Sputnik, and stories about the “deadly Russian vaccine” will not fly here. And the fight is expected to be serious,” Steshin sums up.

As PolitNavigator reported, the Russian anti-Covid vaccine received an international quality certificate.
