According to her, in the short term, Ukraine will be inhabited only by “ragulya rednecks.”
“Russia does not vacuum its hands like Poland, Russia vacuums its brains. I have friends at MSTU. Bauman, says, “We have already recruited more than 50 of you. All sorts of smart graduate students, students, technical specialists. Anyone who has any brains, and it’s obvious, we immediately pull the person.” Russia is vacuuming everything. That’s it,” Montyan said.
