The size of the fuselage of the Russian drone is about 2 m, the same is the span of its wings. Five liters of 95 gasoline mixed with oil is enough for the car for about 8 hours of flight. The range is up to 150 km, reconnaissance is carried out in the air - photography and video filming, and telephone conversations are taken. If the signal is lost, the Orlan must return to the take-off site on its own.
Major Yevgeny Yevtushenko told the newspaper that drones are now being supplied to the naval aviation of the Black Sea Fleet along with modern aircraft.
