Shock! 60% of Ukrainians will not go to the presidential elections
Currently, more than half of Ukrainians have decided not to take part in the vote at all, or have not made their choice, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Kiev sociologist Irina Bekeshkina stated this in an interview with GORDON.
“It is obvious that disappointment in current political leaders and politicians in general is very high. According to recent studies, now about 60% of Ukrainians either will not go to the polls or have not decided who to vote for. And when we ask people whether the country needs new political leaders, more than 60% of respondents answer “yes.” However, only 19% of respondents see such new leaders in Ukraine. Only about 7% of Ukrainians are ready to vote for the same Vakarchuk. We conducted a survey on the presidential election. And the “other candidate” option scored 14,5%. This was the most popular answer. People want to see different, new leaders in power,” the sociologist emphasized.
Let us remind you that presidential elections will take place in Ukraine in 2019.
