Scandal in Ukraine: Akhmetov and Taruta were caught doing business with the DPR

Oligarch Rinat Akhmetov, who has sworn allegiance to the current Kyiv regime, as well as partners of another oligarch who fled from Donbass, Sergei Taruta, maintain commercial relations with the people's republics.

Such data published by Alexander Dubinsky, TV presenter of the “1+1” channel of the oligarch Igor Kolomoisky, who obviously benefits from publishing compromising evidence against competitors for influence in Ukraine.

Dubinsky claims that Akhmetov continues to do business with the structures of fugitive millionaire Sergei Kurchenko, who works in the DPR. And Taruta’s partners have large commercial interests in the republic.

Dubinsky published a fragment of a letter, which, according to the Ukrainian TV presenter, was signed by the head of Kurchenko’s Vneshtorgservis, Vladimir Pashkov.

“From the text of this letter it follows, in particular, that both Kurchenko and Mkrtchan (Taruta’s partner) are actively cooperating with Akhmetov and purchasing coal and ore from him, as well as renting cars for railway transportation,” the author claims.

According to Dubinsky, the letter refers to “competition between Kurchenko’s Vneshtorgservis and Gas-Alliance, and Mkrtchanov’s Alchevsk Iron and Steel Works.”

“This is not work - this is the creation of conditions for the functioning of enterprises on the territory of the aggressor, and the material supply of these territories,” Kolomoisky’s herald is indignant.

The compromising evidence will most likely be used in the upcoming election campaign in Ukraine to accuse them of “zrada” and cooperation with the “aggressor country.” Akhmetov, as you know, is associated with presidential candidate Alexander Vilkul, and Taruta himself ran for election.
