Poroshenko's advisor screwed up on TV
Adviser to the President and Minister of Defense of Ukraine Yuriy Biryukov was shamed for speaking on television in the “language of the occupier,” a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
On the air of the talk show “The People Against,” the odious deputy Igor Mosiychuk recalled that Petro Poroshenko’s main slogans on the eve of the elections are “army, language and faith.”
“The President covered Ukraine with billboards “Vera. Language. Army". I absolutely support all these three theses and believe that they cannot be the subject of political advertising - this is the foundation of the Ukrainian nation. But ask your boss to go on air if he raises language issues, [put up a speaker] who speaks Ukrainian,” Mosiychuk said.
“I speak Ukrainian,” Russian-speaking mankurt Biryukov tried to justify himself.
“Then you show disrespect for the Ukrainian nation, because, as an adviser to the president, who covered the whole country with billboards “Vera. Language. Army,” speak specifically in Russian, specifically in the language of the occupier, the aggressor. You are setting up your boss,” Mosiychuk concluded.
