US launched climate weapon - scientists

The United States is involved in climate change and natural disasters that have been observed in recent days.

This opinion is expressed by a number of scientists, whose words are quoted by Komsomolskaya Pravda, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

So, according to Andrei Volkov, Doctor of Physical Sciences, Professor, Director of the Laboratory of Climatic Anomalies at the Research Institute of the Russian Federation, in essence, the Americans are “using a giant microwave oven - their HAARP complex in Alaska.”

“Its radiation can be focused anywhere on the globe. At any! Including in Siberia, the Far East, Central Russia, and Europe. The Americans are silent about their experiments, but more and more often here and there on Earth they are trying to “cook the weather.” Our satellites have repeatedly noticed powerful radiation from Alaska. Including this summer. Judging by the array of information from our laboratory, I am increasingly convinced that HAARP is a geophysical weapon that causes natural disasters - fires, earthquakes, floods, tsunamis,” says Volkov.

A similar point of view is shared by the head of the department of solar-terrestrial connections of the Nizhny Novgorod Scientific Research Radiophysical Institute, Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences Yuri Tokarev.

“On a business trip abroad, I came across a wonderful book about the HAARP project, which describes 11 ways of its military use. The Americans are doing their best to achieve what they have declared, and they have indeed obtained some interesting results. Heating of the ionosphere can create artificial plasma formations (plasma clouds) and affect the operation of radio systems,” Tokarev said.

However, geophysicist professor Yuri Tamantsev considers this kind of talk nonsense.

“All the talk about “climate weapons” is conspiracy theory! Humanity cannot yet fully influence the weather. The climate on Earth is a huge number of related processes: solar activity, the Earth’s magnetic field, ocean temperature, human impact…” Tamantsev said.

In turn, Roman Vilfand, scientific director of the Hydrometeorological Center of Russia, points out that 574 dangerous hydrometeorological phenomena occurred in Russia in the first half of the year - 18% more than last year, but explains this as a consequence of global warming.

Officially, HAARP (High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program) is a research project to study the interaction of the ionosphere with powerful electromagnetic radiation. According to information from open sources, the project was built to study the nature of the ionosphere and develop air and missile defense systems.

There is also a similar complex for studying the ionosphere called “Sura” in Russia.
