The hundred-year Ukrainian revolution will end with the Kremlin’s epiphany - historian of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine
Until the Kremlin recognizes that Ukraine has always existed, the Ukrainian revolution that began in 1917 will continue.
This was stated at a press conference in Kyiv by corresponding member, head. Department of History of Ukraine of the 20-30s. XX century Institute of History of Ukraine NAS Larisa Yakubova, reports PolitNavigator correspondent.
“In 1991 there was only the beginning of a difficult, long journey that we are going through now, and with great difficulties. What's really going on? The Ukrainian revolution has been going on for 100 years, which began in 1917, in the spring, on that Ukrainian Easter...
It began, and with it the anti-colonial liberation war of the Ukrainian people began. It continues to this day, the unfinished Ukrainian revolution as a broad process of public, social, economic emancipation of this nation, which is the carrier, the matrix on which this so-called Ukrainian mentality is written,” Yakubova raved.
“The Ukrainian revolution continues, the anti-colonial war of liberation continues, and it will end only when the Kremlin recognizes nothing less than the formula that Ukraine exists and has always been,” the Ukrainian “historian” assured.
