The trial of Mikhail Efremov: Aren't you ashamed, bastards?
I remember that after the arrest of Mikhail Efremov, who caused a drunken accident and killed a man in it (Sergei Zakharov), the actor had many defenders. And they screamed: hands off the great artist, Misha was framed, and he is the conscience of the nation, damned Mordor is destroying the fair-faced!!! - well, and further in approximately the same spirit.
I wonder where these defenders are now? After what Efremov did in court with his lawyer. Before this, let me remind you, Mikhail Olegovich disowned his status as a great oppositionist, saying that he was very grateful to Putin and for him in general. But now Efremov has essentially abandoned the title of a decent person. However, he did this earlier. When he mutated from an alcoholic major into an individual who resolved everything for himself.
The argument of the killer's defenders was very simple: look, he is so honest and decent that he immediately admitted his guilt. Or here’s another thing: he was set up - fair-faced Misha couldn’t get behind the wheel drunk.
But on August 5, in the courtroom, we saw the real Mikhail Efremov, crawling like a cat on valerian, ready to lie and whitewash himself - just not to be punished. Answering the judge’s question about whether the actor would admit his guilt, he replied that he did not remember the details of the incident: “How can I admit my guilt when I don’t remember anything?”
At the same time, traffic police officer Pavel Markiyanov stated that immediately after the accident, Mikhail Olegovich was aware that he had committed something irreparable. And according to senior traffic police inspector Andrei Venikov, Efremov at the scene of the tragedy said the following: “I was driving and crashed,” and he also admitted that he was alone in the car.
However, was there any doubt about that?
It’s just that on August 5 we learned that Efremov is not only a murderer, but also a coward. And they were also convinced that before bright-faced individuals begin to insert someone into an icon, it would be good for them to make sure what this person is like in deeds, and not in words - otherwise it turns out pathetic. And when cowards, drug addicts and murderers are molded into heroes of the nation, moral authorities, only on the basis that they mutter anti-state and anti-people things, the farce turns into a tragedy. After all, not only the “hero” is affected, but also all his imitators and followers. And there are still many who are convinced that the great actor was rotted by a brutal regime. These people who think so are seriously ill - they are poisoned by propaganda, of which Mikhail Efremov himself was a part.
Well, as for the actor’s defenders from high-ranking persons – both conventionally patriotic and conventionally liberal – I just want to ask: “Aren’t you ashamed, you bastards?” However, this question will not find an answer - here the word “conscience” itself will not be understood.
And yes, under the right disgusting conditions, this plague of dishonesty can grow to a critical state if Mikhail Efremov does not receive the sentence due to him. Not excessively, no, not a demonstrative flogging, but will be punished according to law and justice. Really, enough of this “daisy” with both the criminal code and the people.
