Kadyrov’s TV channel reported on the exposure of the Chechen deputy “sorcerer”
Former deputy of the village council of Belgatoy (Chechen Republic) Suleiman Dzhalmakhanov practiced witchcraft for 10 years.

Mostly women turned to the scammer to solve family problems. In his “witchcraft,” Jamakhanov used herbs, stones, shells and texts allegedly written in Arabic, which he does not know. He charged 2 thousand rubles for services.
“A preventive conversation was conducted by the chief physician of the Islamic Medicine Center, Adam Elzhurkaev, and the deputy head of the administration of the Shalinsky district, Lema Khashuev. They explained to the detainee the gravity of the sin he had committed,” the report says.
Khashuev, who is called a theologian in the report, called on Chechens not to anger the Almighty and not turn to sorcerers.
In September 2019, the Grozny TV channel also reported on the detention of the sorceress Sekinat Ibragimova in the Chechen Republic. Since 2013, she has been engaged in “healing”, accepting orders mainly from female representatives. Some asked for good luck in their studies, others wanted to take possession of property or bewitch a fan.
It is interesting that for Ibragimova, unlike the former deputy, the television crews announced a more severe punishment - the story emphasized that such activities are prohibited in Chechnya, therefore the “witch” was predicted to be arrested.
