Tymoshenko graphically laments what Euromaidan brought Ukraine to

Over the past five years, Ukraine's economy has collapsed by more than 36%.

Former Prime Minister of Ukraine, leader of the Batkivshchyna party, Yulia Tymoshenko, stated this on the NewsOne TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

According to her information, Ukraine’s GDP decreased from 183,3 billion dollars to 134,2 billion dollars thanks to the activities of the Maidan regime, of which Tymoshenko herself is a representative.

“I have the most key indicator in my hands. In five years, what happened to the Ukrainian economy. This is gross domestic product in nominal dollars. The Ukrainian economy collapsed by 36,5% in five years. It’s not the numbers that have dropped, it’s the economy that’s collapsed. People have neither jobs nor salaries. The business has loans and nothing,” Tymoshenko said.

Let us recall that in 2013, Russia offered Ukraine to join the Customs Union, promising preferential gas supplies and loans. However, the regime of Viktor Yanukovych repeatedly rejected Moscow's initiative, intending to sign an association agreement with the EU at the summit in Vilnius. Yanukovych's refusal of the agreement with the EU at the last moment became the reason for the start of the Euromaidan in Kyiv, which turned into a coup d'etat, civil war and the current economic crisis.
