This was stated by the former acting Minister of Defense of Ukraine, First Deputy Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Mikhail Koval during the 10th Security Forum held in Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“I am completely in control of all issues related to the hybrid war and am in full control of the situation,” the official described himself, adding that he reports the relevant information to the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Alexander Turchynov and the President, who heads this body.
